About The Owner:
Kai Gray
I'm the CEO and Founder of Justice for All Assisted Living. I’m here to help your family with all your needs and questions.
Kai Gray is a lifelong Alaskan and the proud founder of Justice For All Assisted Living. Her passion for serving adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) is deeply rooted in her upbringing and family legacy. Kai comes from a long line of compassionate caregivers—she grew up in the halls of her grandmother’s group home, watching firsthand the power of love, dignity, and personalized care.
Among the many lives touched in that home was her grandmother’s adopted daughter, Kelli—an adult woman with IDD and physical disabilities—who became like a sister to Kai. Helping to care for Kelli not only shaped Kai’s understanding of true inclusion but also planted the seed of a lifelong commitment to serving others with empathy and excellence.
That lived experience inspired the creation of Justice For All Assisted Living, a two-bed group home in Anchorage, Alaska, where each resident is treated like family. Kai brings both generational wisdom and a personal passion to the work, ensuring that every individual receives the same level of care, respect, and unconditional love that defined her own childhood.

HOW IT WORKS
Let's chat to start things off. We'll have a in-depth conversation where we can truly connect, explore your family member’s needs, and see if we are the perfect partners to care for your loved one.
During our conversation, I'll ask you some questions to get to know your family member better. This will help us understand their unique personality, preferences, and interests. We want to provide personalized care that will make them feel comfortable and happy.
We'll also discuss the level of care your family member requires. Whether it's assistance with daily tasks such as bathing and dressing, or more specialized care for medical needs, we have the experience and expertise to provide the highest quality care.
